The house consists of a shared kitchen, lounge, living area and a garden - which is a sun trap. There is on street parking on a first come basis.
The kitchen has all modern white appliances including a dishwasher. A new washing machine and tumble dry have also been installed in the out house.
The bathroom is shared between 3 rooms and has an extremely powerful shower that will be more than adequate to refresh you - we are currently in talks with the landlord to get the bathroom re-tilled.
This is a "gay-friendly" household consisting of a female young professionals. This is a respectful but fun household and would like to live with people that share the same values - having a dish washer makes life soooo much easier lol.
The house has a friendly atmosphere with its very own cat who can be shy at times.
The house is ideally placed for transport links and shops.
