2 Rooms (bedroom & office) South Levenshulme

Looking for one person to take both rooms. ( 1 bedroom and convert Room 2 to office / wardrobe / both). The price stated includes both rooms if I have caused confusion.....

The house.....nice place to unwind in. Just myself and my two dogs at the moment. Back garden is a great place to relax in during the summer months, with the chiminea extending the season on chillier nights.

The rent includes a shared dining/lounge area to be enjoyed, however the front room will be used exclusively by myself. I am a full time nurse and need a sanctuary!

Looking for a house mate that is pretty relaxed. It certainly is not a party house. No stranger to glass of wine however! Of course then it goes without saying that you really need to be an animal lover, or at least dogs! (They are very clean and friendly)

Its not just about the house, but about the area as well for me. The Fallowfield Loop and Birchfields Country Park are at the end of the street for jogging, cycling or walking, if you like, the dogs Bella & Lexi.

Trove Bakery & Cafe, The Antiques Village and a couple of nice bars literally around the corner (Nordie & The Talleyrand), as well as the new Station South bar opening at the end of the year.

Shops 2mins away, and Levenshulme Station 7mins walk for one stop 6min journey to Piccadilly.
