Large double attic room in Big beautiful house

Hello,

I have put that there is one house mate still here but he is also leaving in a months time. We have loved this house it is gorgeous but we are now sadly all going separate ways to new jobs and new countries. So all the house mates will be brand new! So you can all make the house a new home together 💕

The house is in Levenshulme 5 minutes walk from stockport road which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. The house is right around the corner from Levenshulme train station. 1 stop Away from Manchester Piccadilly which takes 6 minutes. Or Stockport the other way taking 10 minutes. There are plenty of nearby parks as well as the Fallowfield walking and cycling route.

The room itself is a large and well lit attic room. You need to stand on a chair to look out of the window unless your tall this never bothered me but it might bother some people so just to let you know. It looks straight out into the trees though so that’s lovely 🌳The house is very sound proofed I can’t here anybody else in the house when I’m in my room so it’s super cosy. Comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

The room shares a bathroom with only one other room With a bath and a shower.

The house is a large Victorian house with lots of character, high ceilings and big beautiful bay windows which let in loads of light. The shared spaces are a spacious kitchen with a big stove loads of counter space and plenty of seating that looks out into the garden. A large lounge with a tv and comfy sofas.

The house also has a driveway as well as benefitting from being part of a quiet area scheme where several roads are blocked off with plant pots to make a quieter safer area with less traffic.

The house has a beautiful garden with tall bushes for privacy and two enormous trees which we found were perfect for slack-lining and hammocks!

There is also a basement for extra storage if needed.
