Live/ Work Warehouse Conversion Levenshulme

Hello!

We have a beautiful live/work style warehouse conversion located in the heart of Levenshulme, we are 7 minutes on the train from the city centre hand close to other good transport links. You will struggle to find something as unique in Manchester. 

We currently have one room available. All rooms have lots of daylight and come unfurnished. All bills are included in the rent including super-fast fibre wifi. There is also parking all around the building so you will be never short of a space, and we have a cleaner that comes once a week.

We are an easy-going and friendly bunch who get along very well together consisting of 4 males and 4 females aged 24-30 and work in music, cooking, hospitality, charities and the arts council . We enjoy doing things together as a group but also respect each other's space so if you are looking to make friends as well as housemates, then this is the place for you. With varying schedules, there is never a queue for the bathroom or lots of people trying to cook at the same time. We also have 2 cats.

This amazing property would suit someone who likes a quiet, comfortable, creative home environment, this is not a party house so no ravers please, although friends are always welcome.
