Large double loft room in friendly house

Lovely large furnished double loft room available in our Levenshulme house.

We are looking for a friendly, like-minded person to take my room when I move to Australia (I'm the Landlord). You would be joining Sophie, Arielle and Harry, who are working/completing their PhDs - we are hoping to find someone who would be a friend and not just a house mate. We share veggie cooking for each other a few nights a week and will go to the pub/events together such as art classes, community bake events in Lev or pub quizzes. It would be lovely if you wanted to join in with this too. Longer term lets are preferred.

The room is the loft room in the house, so you have the whole top floor/stair as part of your room. A double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelves and a wardrobe rail comes with the room. In the rest of the house, there's a main bathroom with washer/dryer, a second loo, a living room, and kitchen/diner with a dishwasher. We also have a front garden with a secure bike shed, and a back garden with sofa and firepit. You can park on the side streets if you have a car.

Rent is £410 for the room, and around £128 for bills at the moment (this includes - electricity, gas, water, WiFi, council tax, TV licence, contents insurance, a cleaner every 2 weeks, milk, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets delivered).

Levenshulme is a really lovely area to live in, with lots of pubs, bars and community events. There's a big park just behind the house, and we are right by the Loop. You can cycle or get the bus into town in about 25 mins, the train takes less than 10.
