Sunny double room in friendly house share

Hello!

We are looking for a friendly, like-minded person to take over the room of our beloved housemate who is moving in with their partner. You would be joining Arielle, Lexie and Sarah - a PHD student, a researcher and a journalist. We are hoping to find someone who would be a friend and not just a house mate. We share cooking for each other a few nights a week and will go to the pub/events together such as art classes, community bake events in Lev or pub quizzes. It would be lovely if you wanted to join in with this too. Longer term lets are preferred. No pets of couples, sorry.

The room is on the first floor and looks out the back of the house. In the rest of the house, there's a main bathroom with washer/dryer, a second loo, a living room, and kitchen/diner with a dishwasher. We also have a front garden with a secure bike shed, and a (sometimes) sunny back garden with sofa and fire pit. You can park on the side streets if you have a car.

Rent is £375 pcm, and around £124 for bills at the moment (this includes - electricity, gas, water, WiFi, council tax, TV licence, contents insurance, a cleaner every 2 weeks, milk, toilet roll and dishwasher tablets delivered). However, this is subject to change a little bit.

Levenshulme is a really lovely area to live in, with lots of pubs, bars and community events. There's a big park just behind the house, and we are right by the Floop. You can cycle or get the bus into town in about 25 mins, the train takes less than 10.
