We're a friendly house, we like a chat round the table, and are also quiet depending. I'm a live-in landlady and work as a supply teacher. Me and Mark work 9-5pm, and Eno is a masters student. The house is relaxed space and the park is lovely. You have to walk through the park to get to most things, shops, transport.

Use of all standard kitchen facilities and utensils; washing machine and wifi is included.

Rooms: they're warm and sunny and look over a park. There are drop down desks in all rooms.

Living room/dining room: table, chairs, sofa and piano

Kitchen: oven and microwave

Bathroom: shower and bath

Bills: water, council tax and wifi are included in the rent; energy bill checked and shared additionally each month (APART FROM THE SHORT BOOKING - BILLS INCLUDED)
