The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Levenshulme
Lots of quick transport links to city centre
The 192 bus stops at the bottom of the road (2 min walk) and it’s an 8 mins walk to Levenshulme train station which is one stop to Piccadilly.
Levenshulme is a vibrant neighbourhood where you can get a good coffee and food in local cafes like Trove . New places to eat and drink are opening up more like Station Hop and Gherkin. We also have Levy market every Saturday which is lively and foodie.
I am a theatre maker and performer so I am often away or busy. It’s a meat-free house with a relaxed atmosphere, not a party house but fun. We have a small yarden and we have a cleaner( this is an additional charge £20/month )
.
We are Looking for someone with a bit of personality who enjoys a bit of peace when they get home and joins in with the running of the house and up for the occasional house get together .
Creatives and LGBT folk very welcome.
