The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, chest of 4 drawers, built in shelves and bedside table.
£85 per week all bills included with superfast broadband, paid 2 weekly. £300 refundable security deposit + one month's rent upfront required.
We have a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and garden. There is full gas central heating throughout, free on-street parking and a driveway.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, oven, hob and kitchen appliances.
There is a short walk to local shops, post office, pubs, restaurants, train station and a bus stop at the end of the road. There is a great shopping centre 1.4 miles away and the neighbours are very friendly.
