This is a 3 bedroom house, with 1 student currently living in it. The area is pretty quiet, as most of the neighbours are families. There are 2 large supermarkets close to the house, a police station and many bus lines/stops. You can get from the house to the city centre in 15 minutes or so via bus, and the University of Manchester is around 20 minutes away in walking distance.

The rooms that are currently free, each have a large double bed, are fully furnished, they have a desk & an office chair a very large wardrobe with drawers and various shelves. Both rooms have private bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, mirror and everything else that you’d want.

A bit more about the house, we have 3 yards (front, side and back), a parking spot (which is currently free), a bbq, a shed and a place to store your bike. There’s also a sunroom, ideal for having your breakfast or enjoying a BBQ. There’s also a large living room, a fully furnished kitchen and a guest room if you have someone visiting for a bit.
