Double Room in Crumpsall Shared House - Bills Inc.

Two professionals and a dog currently sharing a fairly large 3 bedroom house in Crumpsall looking for another professional. The room is free from 1st July 2023, it is furnished and includes full use of the rest of the house and garden, bills are included in the monthly rent.

The house is a fairly large 3 bedroom in Crumpsall, North Manchester. It is close to North Manchester General Hospital, only a 3 minute walk to Crumpsall tram station taking 9 mins to Victoria, also very close to bus and motorway networks.

Started to decorate throughout to have a bit of a refresh and the room has just been decorated and furniture updated. The house consists of living & dining rooms, kitchen with breakfast bar, a downstairs cloakroom, 3 double bedrooms and bathroom. There is also a cellar with washing facilities down there. The back garden has access from the rear gated path and is pebbled with a washing line. Also Alarmed, CCTV and outdoor security lighting.

Bills are included in the monthly rent, bills are: rent, gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv and broadband.

Double Bedroom 2 is £525 (375 rent/150 bills) and is at the back of the house with a Juliette balcony over looking the back gardens. It has a double bed, triple wardrobe, 2 x chest of drawers and a new smart tv.

There will be 3 of us in the house including you, us two already are professionals and work normal ish hours. Both gay so LGBT is good and not forgetting the 11 year old Beagle too. He is very friendly and gets on well with housemates and visitors, he is house trained and so you really need to like dogs.

Who are we looking for? ... just a normal housemate - clean, tidy and considerate ... professional, employed people only please, this wouldn't be suitable for anyone working from home as one of us does already....no newbies either, just someone who gets the whole house sharing thing... also sorry strictly non smokers too.

I would prefer long term housemates but could be open to short term ... try me!
