Self explanatory that one

Got my Spanish speaker, so this room is open to everyone. Edit: I've written a boat load about myself so you can get an idea of who I am, if replying to this ad you should tell me about yourself or have a profile. If you receive an auto reply, it's cos you haven't talked about yourself much (or not fit the criteria) Cheers!

The room is square, has a bed, is carpeted... to be honest it looks like any other room on this website.

It’s in a detached house too, a recently renovated one and looking pretty sweet if I say so myself. I’ll be living here too but fear not, I’ve lived in house shares for yonks and know how to be a housemate. This house will be as much yours as mine. Feel free to bring family and friends over whenever you want and if they need to crash over, no problems. I’ve got loads of fridge space cos not having enough room to store your grub can suck. There’s a good sized TV in the living room which has a NetFlix account to be used. There’s a shed load of storage inside the house too.

It’s a 20 minute walk to the Northern Quarter, 30 minutes to either Manny Pic or Vic train stations. A shed load of buses go past all the time towards the city and there’s street parking outside.

More about me then. I’m from London originally and have been in Manchester for almost three years. I work on the railway and can be in and out of the house at some very odd hours. I’m bang into travelling and have lived in kangarooland as well as hit up 50 or so other countries. When I’m not working I’m normally trying to get out and do something, usually with the gf either in or outside of Manchester. I’m a hardcore UFC fan (eh, you ask), enjoy the occasional motorcycle ride and am currently trying to learn Spanish..

You'll also be living with a female Spanish language teacher, 32, from Spain. I've not met her yet, but she sounds like a cool cat - she wouldn't be here otherwise!

About you! This will be a place for houseMATES (see what I did there?) so a social interaction and occasionally hanging out is important. If you plan on only living in your room only then this place won’t be for you.

There’s no deposit and rental price is all in including bills cos trying to do maths at the end of the month is a pain.

Pets! I will consider housemates with pets. We just gotta have a chin wag about what you’re thinking of bringing in. If it’s something like a monkey... then awesome!
