The flatmate:
I'm originally from Blackburn, and love running, working out, eating out, films and reading. I work regular 8-5pm Mon-Fri as a medical writer.

Looking for someone easy going and laid back, but to still help maintain a clean and tidy flat. I lived in the flat for seven years, and so looking for someone I can easily get along with, whilst maintaining responsibilities.

I could include more about myself here, but it's always best to meet people in person to see how well we get on.

The rent is £525 a month, internet £20 per month, water £20, council tax £98.50 per month for ten monthly payments (tax band D), and the electricity/gas is circa £135-£155 per person paid every 3 months (average £45-52 per month).
Deposit is £450.

So in total, about £715 per month.

Room is available from 1st February.

The flat's location is great, it's a 5-8 mins walk to Market St or the Northern quarter, 3 mins to Manchester Victoria, and 20 mins to Manchester Piccadilly.
