Double Room Near Centre Including Bills

The bedroom that's available

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and bright with:
a double bed,
2 bedside cabinet/drawers,
a bedside lamp,
a mirror
and one decent size wardrobe

I own the apartment and live here too. I've lived here since 2017. I've lived in house shares in London, Manchester and Madrid.
I'm looking for a decent person who is going to look after the room, someone who is friendly, easy to get along with and we can hang out occasionally, but we don't need to be best mates (everyone needs their own space).

Bills are included to make things easier for both of us.

The apartment has:
*Large bathroom with bath and shower. (I have my own en suite)
*Reasonable sized kitchen/living room with utensils and appliances including dishwasher
*Large balcony with table and chairs for when it gets warmer.
*Washing machine (but not a dryer) in a cupboard in the hallway
*Electric heaters in all rooms (the flat generally stays cool in summer and warm in winter and small, portable plug-in radiators if you don't like electric heaters)
*High speed Hyperoptic broadband 500mgbs / second
*The room and apartment is kitted out with most things

The flat is situated 12-15 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly station.

If you had a car, I can look into parking but it would be at an extra fixed monthly cost.

There are some great places nearby to eat/drink when things reopen and New Islington Tram stop is across the road.

ABOUT ME:
I like to think I'm fairly easygoing and friendly but appreciate a flatmate who will also look after the place.

I'm currently working from home and usually cook at home in the evenings.
I play sport twice a week when it's not lockdown (call them hobbies if you like haha) so I'm usually out two evenings a week.

1st step virtual viewings 5th, 6th, 7th March
Then if we are both happy I'll look to shortlist a handful of people for in-person covid safe viewings in the following week or so.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
The most important thing is someone I can get along with but who is reliable too. Look after the place, but it doesn't have to be a military operation :D
