Hello.
I have just bought a new build house, 15 mins walk from the Northern Quarter. I am looking for a Monday-Friday renter.
The house is spacious and modern. I have recently bought all new furniture for your room, including a mattress, it has tons of storage and a huge built-in wardrobe. It's nice and light and gets the morning sun.

The house is bright and in a quiet neighbourhood, only 15 minutes walk to the Northern Quarter. Less than 10 min drive to town if you are working there, it's well connected to the ring road and motorways. Closest station is Piccadilly or Victoria, they are both a 20 min walk or 10 mins in an Uber.

I have a nice big garden, fast internet, the kitchen and bathroom(s) are brand new. It should have everything you need to be your new home from home.

I work a lot, I love my job but during the week I can be pretty quiet, I am a sociable character but also totally understand someone that wants to be left to their own devices.

I would love for you to be a professional that returns home for the weekend. Smoking is fine if you're happy to smoke outside, you can be any colour, sexuality, gender, religion or age under the sun, just be decent!
