Large room available in great location

Hi there,

I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is relocating. The room is great and very spacious.

There aren’t any pictures of the room at the moment to protect my current roommates privacy, but it is large room with a window, has a large wardrobe and double bed. It is also big enough to fit a desk if needed for anyone wfh. Pictures will follow soon!

The flat is in a great location, just 15 mins walk to Manchester Arndale and next to Salford Central train station. It has a balcony with a lovely view - seriously the picture doesn’t do it justice as it’s a miserable night! There’s some nice pubs/bars nearby and peel park is about a 20 min walk.

There are two bathrooms, the main one and I have an en-suite, so keep most my things in there and use that more often.

The landlady is great and has provided the flat with a big, comfy sofa that two people can easily lie on (it’s L shaped). She asks for £450 deposit upfront (which will be kept in a deposit protection government account), a tenancy reference and an employment reference.

We pay rent on the first of every month (£450) and will split all bills (about £150
each).

I have Netflix and amazon prime that you will be welcome to share.

I’m a full time professional and like to socialise, I’m having to work from home right now but will be going back to the office part time.

I’m looking for someone pleasant and easy going. You don’t need to be silent or always cleaning, but obviously considerate and I will be the same :)
