I'm Currently living in a gorgeous 3 bedroom Townhouse just off Chapel street - Salford. It's a 10 minute walk to Spinningfeilds and Salford Central Station.
It has on street parking which is free and is situated in a quiet area next to a cute church! I've lived here for a year now with two of my friends, however both are moving on to new things.
Theres one double room left to rent with a shared bathroom so this would be prefect for somebody who doesn’t mind sharing a bathroom.
Theres a shared communal space with a Smart TV which is mine and i'm happy to share. Theres also a little garden and a roof terrace
I'm looking for a professional only as i do work 8-5 most days, we’re both pretty chilled and clean and i like the house to look nice and tidy. I also love watching tv and am up for making new friends as well as finding someone great to live with.
I dont work at weekends and mainly go to the gym or clean the house/go out for drinks and would love to find someone/people like minded who also like there space
