Double room in central townhouse with parking

Double bedroom available in lovely 3 storey modern town house from the end of Feb 21. Central location with a 15 minute walk to Market Street.

Sharing with 2 professional females. We enjoy chilling out on the sofa, cooking together and binging on Netflix as well as a night out in town (when we we’re allowed) 🙄. The house isn’t a party house but we do love having friends over. We’re looking for someone who’s just as sociable and that we can become friends with, not someone who just wants to rent a room.

The room available is a good sized double. It is unfurnished so you’d need to provide a bed and a wardrobe but the rest of the house is furnished with living room furniture, white goods, kitchen things, etc. You’d be sharing the main bathroom with Ellie, one of the housemates.

It also includes a private parking space next to the house..

We’ve got a garden and a roof terrace which we use in the summer for BBQs and just generally enjoying the little sunshine Manchester has to offer.
