Double Bedroom

Hi I’m Gabbie! I’m looking for someone to move into my 3 bedroom semi-detached house on the outskirts of Manchester with me and my puppy Eddie!

I am a 27 year old professional, currently working from home with the occasional day in the office. I am happy in my own company but I do enjoy going out for food and drinks with friends, long walks with Eddie and his puppy pals, and I’m not opposed to a drink or two after work.
I keep a clean and tidy home aside from Eddie’s toys dotted about the house.

The house is fully furnished, located on a quiet street (plenty of parking space) with 2 double bedrooms and a single room for extra storage and is available to use as an office if/when needed. It has a four piece bathroom, a homely living/dining room area, kitchen with American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and the wonderment of a dishwasher!

For when those warmer, drier days (apparently they do happen in Manchester) there are double French patio doors leading out to a beautiful garden that I had done during lockdown. L shaped garden furniture has been like gold dust to find but I finally got my hands on some, for that indoor outdoor living.

The room is a front facing double with bay window and comes complete with a new Ottoman bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (all of the storage solutions you could need!)

The house is a short five-minute walk from the local shops and amenities and just a fifteen-minute walk will get you to the train station to take you straight into Manchester city centre (6 minute train journey). The bus stop is about 2 minutes away which is also handy.
Fallowfield loop and highfield country park is a 2 min walk from the house

Rent is £500 pcm and bills are included (water/electric/gas/council tax/TV & broadband).
