Hi there,

I am looking for another girl to replace me in our lovely flat for the remaining 6-months of the existing contract (ends in September 2020). I have lived in the flat for the past two years, and have had the best time living here! You'd be living with a great housemate who is clean, tidy and up for a chat. Bills usually work out at just under £150 a month (covering council tax, electric, TV license & wifi) and approx. £100 for water every 6 months.

About the flat:

The flat is done out to a high spec, the living area is furnished with appliances & a TV. You will have a double room, with a queen size bed, and separate bathroom that is all yours with a bath & rain shower. There's also plenty of storage, with drawers and a wardrobe, ahead of you moving in, the flat and mattress will be professionally cleaned (please note, this is not a party flat!).

There's also access to a great gym on site, coffee machine, concierge and lounge area with co-working desks for no extra cost. The complex also offers plenty of additional services such a dry cleaning, cleaning services, parcel storage, free bootcamp classes and even run free socials! Parking is available at an additional cost.

About the area:

The location is perfect for young professionals, just a 5-10 minute walk away from Manchester city centre, 15 minutes walk to Spinningfields & a 20-25 minute walk to Ancoats so great for those hoping to walk to work, and perfect for visiting all the amazing bars & restaurants Manchester has to offer.
