The Metro and Station, a 24/7 Asda, and Etihad Stadium, are only a 10 minute walk away. We are also only minutes away from local amenities such as the GP, shops, restaurants, and pubs.

The modern house is renovated to a very high standard, with brand new, very modern kitchen and bathroom, and newly furnished bedroom.

-The kitchen boasts a large fridge/freezer, ample workspace, and dishwasher. There is also a utilities area which contains a washing machine, and ample drying area.

-Animal friendly! Your roommate would be Surya, she has a super cute dog named Oscar. He's really playful and energetic, and would love another dog to keep him company.

Surya is open and friendly, easy to get along with, and would love to have share with someone who could become a friend as well as a roommate. Some of her hobbies are singing/songwriting, going to gigs, cooking, and going on walks with Oscar.
