Looking for a new flatmate

Hi All
My name is Jolanta, 33 years old. I saw your advert about room. I think maybe I will suite your criteria ;) . I live in a house (Cheetwood area) in Manchester, about 10-15 min away from Manchester Victoria station if you walk, by bus even faster. I live alone, (well just with my cat which I recently re-home) so no other people in the house working in hospitality industry, so lot of my time I am at work. But still I have a time after work for a glass of wine in my garden ;). I have spare large double room to rent for 650£ all bills included, fully furnished. Great location, quite area. House is nice a clean, no signs of damp or mould. Off road parking. Is really quite house, I am not doing parties here so is really peaceful place to relax after work.
