We have two bedrooms available for rent in our lovely, recently refurbished town house, with excellent transport links, situated very closely to the centre of Manchester.

We’re looking for somebody who’s chilled, easy going and will keep the house clean and tidy, as we will. We’re friendly and sociable but also enjoy relaxing on our own. You’ll get plenty of privacy too as we have our own double ensuite room and extra bedroom/office on the top floor where we spend a lot of our time.

The double bedroom is very large, with inbuilt wardrobes and its own en-suite! Only £500pcm with ALL bills included and deposit equivalent to 5 weeks' rent.

The single bedroom is excellent value for money as you'll pretty much have the bathroom all to yourself! (There’s also a shower over the bath now too.) Only £380pcm with ALL bills included and deposit equivalent to 5 weeks' rent.

Kitchen has everything you need: cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. Living room has 65 inch 4K LG Smart TV and LG sound bar with sub woofer, dart board and large dining table and chairs for the dining area. There is 100MBPS full fibre broadband included throughout the property.
