I'm a working professional creative. Generally, it's a chilled, very tidy household. Family visit, also on occasion enjoy nights out & friends visiting.

Want long a term flatmate really, however will do short let to see how we get on.

Creative or professional please! Halal/veg preferred but not essential!

Looking for a flatmate who is either:

Sociable - come on nights out, share skills & talent so we can be creative or motivate each other - or just share conversation!

Quiet - watch movies, go for walks, cook together - or fine if you want to just keep yourself to yourself.

Furniture includes: single bed, bedside storage, small desk/table with storage stool, 3 door wardrobe, shoe rack. 2 large mirrors & decorations. Under bed storage. Possible extra storage in hallway cupboard. All bedding included, there is space for a bigger desk & chair if you rearrange the room slightly.

You are allowed to reasonably decorate (no drilling/painting please). Whole flat has been re-carpeted & decorated since photos & fridge/cooker etc replaced about 10 months ago.

There's a spacious balcony. We have nice neighbours & large shared gardens - perfect for BBQ's & socialising! Also car parking & coded gates.

It's a 5 min walk to Salford central, 10 mins to Deansgate Spinningfields. 15 mins to Piccadilly Gardens. Lots of nearby parks, shops, transport etc. I'll happily show you around!

Smoking on the balcony! All bills included (subject to fair use), with superfast fibre WIFI. We're unorthodox & believe in Buddhism. Respectful, responsible & tidy is all I ask.

Trustworthy & chilled, as long as you understand & respect the vibe of the flat & each other. Mature & want to leave/come back to a nice home.
