Double bedroom available

The bedroom comes with all furniture and fixtures included.

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a desk.

Shared spaces include a living room, a brand new kitchen which is well stocked with cooking equipment, a bathroom with personal storage and a garden.

We have a cat called Dora who spends a lot of time inside being cute.
I sleep at work sometimes and go away from time to time so I might ask you to feed her, give her loo a quick clean and let her in and out of the house.

The house is a short walk to Aldi or a slightly longer walk to Asda in Hulme.
There are also lots of local shops and take-aways available, which includes takeaways and restaurants in town if you’re using the right apps.

Good transport links into town, using the 111 which stops just round the corner or walking a bit further for other options.
An Uber into the city centre usually doesn’t cost too much.

Free street parking, no space to store a bike in the house or garden, sorry.

It’s walking distance to Platt Fields and Alexandra Park which both hold some pretty cool free events in the summer.

We have fibre-optic broadband, Virgin TV and Netflix. Bills are included in the rent minus gas and electricity which is on a meter and shared equally.
