I’m looking for a housemate for a bit of company around the house and help financially! I currently live here alone as my friend has just moved out due to buying a house.
It’s a lovely, spacious house. The room is a double room, fully furnished with a bed, lamp, bedside cabinet, drawers, wardrobe and tv.
The available room is on the middle floor and my bedroom is the top floor loft room so I’ll be out of the way up there.
Bathroom is a shared bathroom but I’m very clean and tidy! I’d like someone tidy too please…
Im a professional that works at home 3 days a week and in the office 2 day so someone that’s hybrid or working on site would be ideal as I can be a little disruptive on calls/meetings.
I enjoy relaxing nights in, going out for food and socialising with friends. I’m not looking for someone who’s a party animal as I’m getting too old for that and the hangovers are too bad after 30!
I generally have meal preps during the week so you’d need to sort your own food but you’re welcome to use anything I have in!
