1 double room in nice all female house share

Hi,

I am relocating for work purposes and have my very large double bedroom available in a 4 bed house - available from 1st December onwards.

The house is a stunning recently refurbished house with granite kitchen, underfloor heating, and garden, complete with gardener.

Looking for an all girl house so another female please, mid 20s or thereabouts. All get on well and looking for considerate, clean and tidy professionals.

Very close to both train and bus routes to Manchester Piccadilly / Central and the airport. No. 50 bus also less then 5 mins walk.

We pay gas and electric quarterly as a house and in total the combined bill averages out at around £15-20 per person per month. Council tax, water and wifi (100Mb broadband) are paid to the landlord in addition to the rent, so with all this £430-£440 pcm is an accurate monthly budget for everything.

It really is a lovely house and I would be staying if I wasn't relocating for work purposes.
