West facing rear garden so gets the sun from midday through until sunset with no overlooking houses which makes a change for this close to the centre. Front garden gets the sun all morning.
I'm a very chilled out, easy going guy. I'm clean and tidy and would like a house mate who is the same in communal areas. I have a cat so if you don’t like them it’s probably not the best place for you. He has a cat flap so no litter tray.
