Vimto Gardens is a well-established development with a great community and is a perfect balance between being stuck in the centre of MCR and having a good-sized apartment to relax in. There's a great community of young professionals and families who are friendly and welcoming, equally, there's enough privacy so that you always have your own space.

There's secure parking in the building and a number of secure bike storage areas. The secure parking is available but is currently leased out (60pm).

The price includes all bills attached to the property including, electricity (£100pm), broadband (£30pm) and service charge (£200pm). Unfortunately, we can't include council tax (Band A - £75pm) as it causes too much friction with the various councils if there are arrears when tenants leave.

The cost for single occupancy of the bedroom is £650. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for couples.
