Outside there is a large enclosed private garden with a large decking area and outdoor table and chairs. At the front of the house there is a paved area with off road parking 3 cars. There are excellent transport links to Manchester by train and bus. The bus is every 7 minutes and the train journey takes 9 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly. The is also a high speed fibre broadband connection. The house is situated on a quiet and safe private estate.
