I have two rooms available for rent near Manchester City Centre and are looking for lodgers.

x1 Double room which will be available from mid June and x1 single room which is available now.

The live in landlord is a mature female named Mildred in her 60's who is very hospitable, a devout Christian who enjoys spending time with friends and family and being actively involved in church activities. She has x3 children who have now grown and flown the nest to pursue their careers etc.

The property is a beautiful new build semi-detached house located 3 minutes walk from Manchester City football stadium and 20 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station.

I am looking for working professionals or mature students to share the accommodation with on a mid-term to long term basis.

The property is very spacious, clean and well kept.

Couples are welcome in regards to the double room which is extremely spacious however please note that the rent will be charged at a higher fee of £590 for couples.

Cat owners are welcome as I have a large garden.

Free parking is available all around the area if needed & I also have a gated drive.

- x1 months deposit & x1 months rent in advance will be required 1 day prior to move in
- Photo I. D will need to be checked and seen on viewing
- Full tenancy checks will be carried out by an independant organisation if you do proceed. The cost for this will be £42 which is non-refundable regardless of the outcome (a receipt will be provided).
