Hi, I am leaving my room the 1st of June and my current flatmate need someone to share the flat. Is a single room furnished for 250 pcm, bills not included (Bills are 200 pcm aprox to split) available since 1st of June. Broadband to arrange a new contract. 2 bedroom flat furnished located in M47EY, 1 mile from city center you can walk to center in 20 min. aprox. Bus and tram stop just behind the corner. Shops and ammenities close. My current flatmate speak Spanish as well. You can only smoke outside the flat, no kids, no drugs. My landlord will ask for working and previous landlords references. 6 months minimun contract.
