Double room to let

Hi! I have a double room available in my apartment in the M8 area. It's a 15 minute walk from Victoria station, really convenient location for all motorway networks etc and perfect for city centre without the ridiculous price tag! I work in Spinningfields and walk to and from work every day.

There's a large retail park just over the road with lots of clothes shops, food outlets etc etc.

The property has a secure car parking space which you are welcome to use as I don't have a car, and there's also plenty of secure visitor parking too. There's also a large storage cupboard if you have a bike.

The property is fully furnished and has everything you need ready to move in to. Absolutely all bills are included in the price and I have very fast broadband and Netflix.

About me: I'm 31, I work in the centre Monday to Friday. I like to keep busy and have a range of different hobbies and interests. I'm easy to get along with and I'm just looking for someone similar to live with! Would be good to be friends with a housemate but equally sometimes I like to get home and sit quietly in my room and appreciate others need for personal space too!

I'm not fussy about who I live with, provided we get along that's all that matters to me!!

I have a cat - he is very friendly and chilled and obviously all pet cleaning responsibilities are solely mine and he wouldn't go in your room (unless you wanted him to haha).
