I have a large double bedroom available in my flat. It is an old Georgian conversion on a very pretty square in Salford (M3 6FJ) and is a 10-15 minute walk to Deansgate in the city centre. There is parking available and the flat has all amenities apart from a garden or dishwasher. The available room is a large double with separate shower room.

I am a 33 year old teacher. I work very long hours and am often out at weekends and evenings, so I might not be the person for you if you’re looking for someone to introduce you to Manchester and the social scene - I promise I’m friendly and sociable when I’m in! My hobbies are singing, playing the keyboard and occasional cycling. I wouldn’t want to live with someone who is out partying all the time. I am open to Mon-Fri lets or short-term lets. Only professionals or mature students please.

The flat is really lovely with lots of character & I have a house rabbit who lives on the mezzanine level of the flat, but sometimes roams free when I’m home.
