Hello!
My current housemate will be moving out which means that a double room is available to rent from the 11th march.
The apartment is in Synergy apartments on Ashton Old road, a great location close to local amenities with easy access in to town ( the bus stop is right outside), or you can choose to walk which takes around 15 minutes to get to Piccadilly station. There is also secure parking available if you drive at no extra cost.
The bedroom is fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom and storage cupboard. The living area is bright and airy with a fully integrated kitchen.
The contract is for 6 months however the option is there for you to re-sign after this time if this would suit you.
The rent is £375 per month.

So a bit about who you'd be living with! :) my name is Lashana I'm 25 years old and I am a head of year in a secondary school. My hobby is dancing and I like a good night out :D as well as chilling and relaxing after a long day at work. I'd just like to live with someone (A female preferred!) who is respectful and clean, it would be lovely if we could get a long as well as being housemates:)
