I'm currently looking for a flat mate (couples welcome). Room is available from 3rd June. It's located right next door to Victoria station so it's very central. The room is a large double furnished room, but furniture can be removed if needs be. There is no living room or dining area . Rent is £360 pm, council tax is usually £52/£54 pm. All bills are included in the rent. Its a good place to stay (but very basic) if you wanted something short term (until you find somewhere more suitable) as the notice period for vacating is one month. I'm very tidy and respectful of others. I would prefer someone that did not work in a bar or club as I have a 9-5 job during the week. Let me know if you are interested.
