The room on offer is a huge double room with an ensuite and access directly to the balcony. The flat is well furnished, a good sized corner apartment with a large wrap around balcony.
We are looking for another professional female to take the room, we tend to socialise in the evening and watch some Netflix. Always keen for a g&t but no party animals.
Available from the 8 July. Bills not included, they tend to average approx £120 a month (inc council tax). Estate agents will reference and the deposit is £650.
