It is located in Macintosh Mills which is a superbly converted building with exposed brickwork and full of tasteful character. This advert is for ONE DOUBLE ROOM (room 2 on the floorplan) with a spacious, fully fitted bathroom which has a bath and an over the bath electric shower. Additionally, there is another double bedroom with its own private en suite (occupied by a very friendly flatmate). The kitchen is modern and integrated including a dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The large living room with dining area is a superb space for you to enjoy with friends or have a relaxed night in. This apartment also benefits from electric heating system, double glazing, and an outdoor communal courtyard.

My apartment is ideal for those who wish to have shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and theatres on their doorstep. It is within the perfect distance from universities (1 minute walk to MMU, 15 minutes to UoM!) and Oxford road train station (2 minutes walk away). All public transport links are in close proximity.
