Hi,
I'm looking for somebody to take my flatmates room as he is moving in with his girlfriend when our tenancy ends in July. It's a great flat and I'd like to stay so I'm looking for somebody to take over from him!
The flat has a huge open planned living room / kitchen / dining area with a balcony and comes fully furnished. The room available is a double room has an en-suite. It's in an ideal location, just 5 minutes stroll into the Northern Quarter / town.
I'm 26 and work full time as a quantity surveyor. I tend to chill during the week, go to the gym sometimes and there's a good pub quiz every Monday nearby. I'm pretty social on a weekend so hoping for somebody who will join me for a beer.
I keep the flat clean and tidy but not obsessively, I'm pretty relaxed and it would be good to find somebody similar.
Bills come to about £120 per month each. A parking space is available on site for an extra £60 per month.
