I'm looking for a housemate to join me in a brand new 2-bed flat which I have reserved at Sawmill Court. We would be signing the tenancy agreement on and paying rent from 20th September, we have to both be at the flat on that day to sign, but you can move your stuff in on that day or afterwards.

The Room:
The room is a very good size and easily fits a double-sized bed. The room has a walk-through wardrobe which provides enough room for drawers and leads to an ensuite, with a large shower. The room will be completely unfurnished. I will be taking the other bedroom which is exactly the same size and also has an en-suite.

The Apartment:
The apartment is a 2-bed 7th floor apartment with a shared kitchen (with a breakfast bar) an open plan living area with large windows overlooking North-East Manchester (including the Ethiad Stadium and hills). The living room is also unfurnished so we would need to work out together which furniture we want to go in this space however the flat does come with an oven, full-sized dishwasher and washer/dryer all built into the kitchen.

Sawmill Court:
The building has a 24 hour concierge (who signs for parcels!), gym, and residents lounge with free WiFi which is perfect for working or hanging out (all of this is included with the rent). New businesses will be opening up shortly in the ground floor of the building, including a bakery and restaurants. The location is ideal for anyone working in the city centre, 5 minutes away from the Northern Quarter and a 10-15 minute walk from Piccadilly.

Costs:
All bills (electric, broadband, water and council tax) are not included within the rent. Bike storage is £5 per month and car parking is roughly £75 in addition to the rent.

The building is owned and managed by Manchester Life management LTD who will also charge a £21.60 referencing fee and the deposit is one month's rent, also paid directly to Manchester Life about a week before we move in.

I'm a relaxed, fairly quiet, clean and tidy professional looking for someone similar who wants a pretty chilled flat share. I’m into music, reading, films and visual art. I work for an LGBT charity in the city centre so you must be gay friendly :)

I’m allergic to scented candles, diffusers, plug-ins and perfumes so unfortunately if you love to have those things around I’m probably not your ideal flatmate!!
