We have a beautiful, furnished double room in a huge, stunning three bed northern quarter penthouse available from mid September due to unforeseen relocation of one of the flatmates.
The flat is 1500 sq ft and comes with a pool table, samsung fridge, dining table, balcony and amazing panoramic views out to the hills. The kitchen has a slate work surface and there's a 60" Sony LCD smart TV, Eames lounge chair and ottoman and corner sofa in the living room.
The room itself is great - big windows with panoramic views out to the hills, double bed, huge IKEA sliding wardrobe, storage unit and some nice wall-mounted shelves.
Bills are shared between all three rooms and obviously are dependent on variables such as electricity and water - but aside from that it's council tax, TV license and line rental/broadband. It's normally around 150 depending on season.
The room would suit someone mature 20s - early 40s, easy going, professional and tidy, who want to live in one of Manchester's best apartment blocks.
The other flatmates are two super cool ppl Rosie and Nick - both pretty creative.
