I'm looking for a female professional to start a new tenancy with me from around the 13th October. Im looking for someone respectful, who's clean and tidy and someone I can get along with and have a glass of wine with now and again.

The flat itself is only a few years old and has been very well maintained and looks good as new. Both double bedrooms are large and pretty much the same size (pictures don't do justice to how big they are) The open plan living and kitchen area is also spacious but feels very homely.

Both the bedrooms and the living room overlook the Rochdale Canal which is a really nice feature and the flat is positioned on a quiet road. Whilst the property does not have a balcony, there is a well maintained communal garden area for sunbathing and BBQs in the summer.

Theres plenty of cupboard space if you like to cook and the flat comes fully furnished with sofa, dining table, T. V stand, bed, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers each. You will have sole access to the main bathroom which will be directly opposite your room.

Rent is £475/pcm and so with bills will come to approximately £600/month. There is free off road parking nearby but to guarantee parking your car you can rent a parking space for £50/month if needed. I think in total the estate agent fees are £150 each but I'll need to double check.

A bit about me Im a young 34 year old haha, I like to socialise and try new cafes and restaurants around Manchester. I like the odd night out now and again but Im not a party animal. These days Im really into keeping fit and healthy and I love yoga! I also love to travel and was away for 4 months this year travelling South East Asia.
