Small Double Room In City Centre

Please read entire advert as I'm ideally looking only for a weekday renter or short term let. Also note I am the live in landlord and own the property, I get a lot of messages and you have a lot better chance of me replying if you tell me something about yourself...

Although the room itself is quite small it's in a Super Central location by Victoria station, NOMA and the MEN Arena. Pretty much exclusive use of the master bathroom, which has a beautiful big bath. On street parking nearby fairly plentiful, or lots of people rent out there parking spaces on the green quarter Facebook page so you may find one on there at extra cost. £450 a month for all bills included.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home though at the minute as this flat isn't big enough for that set up, this is why my present flatmate is moving out.

The green quarter itself is set back from the rest of the city centre so is almost like it's own community. There's a little co op on site and if you are gym, swim and spa inclined there is actually one in the park Inn which is part of the estate and is well priced and often quiet and there's no excuses not to go.

I am the live in landlord, I work quite long hours as an A&E nurse so I get up fairly early and do nights regularly. Even though I'm a pretty sociable sort when I'm about, I also need someone who's considerate of the fact that I get up at 5 on a work day.
