So, a little different one here.

I own and have lived in and then rented out a flat in Macintosh Mill in the city centre.
Its a great historic building with lots of character. Curved ceilings, exposed brickwork and visible supporting Iron work.

I would be at the flat very little.
EG, a standard week for me in the city is, Monday during the day for a few hours and then overnight. Tuesday a few hours in the day, Thursday a few hours in the day and then Friday overnight. So I would only be there overnight for two nights per week. Using the flat as a somewhere to rest on some of the days for a couple of hours.
I do stay additionally in the city, for work, about 6 weekends per year too as well as the odd day prior to international travel.

There can be times when I don't go to the flat for weeks on end though. For example. In April I am only in the apartment for 2 nights in total.

You would have the en suite room and all of the kitchen, I would need one small cupboard only.

I work in elite sport and have split shifts, living in Sheffield and commuting from my young family base.

So you would have a tenancy agreement subject to normal references of at least 6 months. If you want to see the whole flat, it is advertised on Right move at the moment as a whole rental (with Reeds Rains) for 1090 pcm.

There is no formal parking however, there is availability a short walk away I will discuss with you.
