Hi, my name’s Ed and I’m looking for a flat mate to join me in my flat in the vibrant Green Quarter.

The building’s in a great location: a 5-minute walk to the Arndale, 10 minutes to the Northern Quarter and a short distance to tram connections at Victoria Station.

The rent is £450 per month. With council tax and bills on top, the costs average at around £600pcm. The flat is letting through an agency, but with the changes in tenants’ fees there shouldn’t be any unexpected costs at the outset!

My flat mate is moving out to find his own place, so looking for someone to fill his room, which is reasonably spacious and has an en-suite. The flat comes with a secure parking space, so that’s available if you need it.

A little about me - I’m a young professional working in the legal sector, and I’ve lived in Manchester for coming up to 2 years now. I’m easy going, clean and contentious and ideally looking for someone similar.
