Central Manchester modern flat

Hello,

I’m looking to rent a spare room in a two-bed flat within the green quarter of Manchester city centre - next to the arena/Victoria station.

The apartment blocks are new and very modern and superbly located.

The flat isn’t that big so I’m looking for someone who I’m going to get on with crucially. Preferably it’s not a landlord-tenant thing and I’d be happy if we ended up putting the world to rights at the pub on the odd Friday.

Flat is equipped with everything you need and all bills are already set up through myself and I can talk you through costs. You would also have a bathroom free to use yourself.

I’m a sociable person who tends to be out/away most weekends and play football in the week too while I work a regular 9-5ish job so not in the flat all that much. Ideally I’m looking for someone similar and not anyone who works the opposite.

There is a few more benefits listed below including a reasonably sized gym which would be free to use.
