I’m moving out of my flat in Spinningfields to move in with my girlfriend, so have a double room available to rent.
The rent is £650 per month but the room comes with a car parking space which can be rented out for £100-£120 per month.
The room is a good sized double with built in wardrobes, with sole use of the main bathroom.
The flat is on the 9th floor with views over Spinningfields and a huge wrap around balcony.
I have lived here since 2018 with my flatmate Victor, who works in financial services. He is an easygoing guy who likes to play football and go to the gym.
