Room to rent in Ancoats/ Manchester City Centre

I have a room ready to move in on the 19th of December.
I’m a tidy person, like to go out for food and drinks during the weekend and sometimes during the week but also equally enjoy chilling at home watching Netflix.

I’m looking for a female that’s friendly and nice. As we would be sharing a home, I would want us to get along and maybe watch Netflix, go out for food and drinks together every now and then but also like a quiet night in on my own from time to time.

I’m currently working from home for the foreseeable future (mon-friday)so I’m looking for someone that also has a Mon-Friday job.

The flat is located in central Manchester, close to a lot of different shops and we have a big Aldi about 5 minutes walk from the flat. There is also a gym downstairs that’s free to use for everyone that lives in the building. No balcony unfortunately which I’m sad about as well but the flat has big windows in the living room and bedrooms. Every room is en-suite as well so no need to worry about sharing a bathroom.

Monthly costs will be about £640 including rent, council tax and other bills.

I’m doing virtual house tours for anyone interested as Manchester is still in tier 3 😢.
