I have a double bedroom on Ducie Street looking for a tenant.

The location is superb with Morrisons downstairs and a 5 min walk to Piccadilly station and a 10 min walk to Piccadilly Gardens etc. Close to all amenities suitable for professionals working in the city center and would like to take advantage of public transportation.

The apartment comes with an open-plan living room/kitchen with a Juliette balcony overlooking the canal. All appliances such as Oven, Fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, and toaster are provided. Plates, bowls, glasses, and cutleries are also provided.

The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a set of chest drawers, a lamp, and a desk that can be set up if needed. The tenant who lives in this room will have sole access to the main bathroom (with a bathtub).

Your flatmate (the current tenant) is a nice Chinese guy who works full-time in the office. He’s in his mid-20s, works for a gaming company, and is sociable and friendly.

Looking for a tidy person who's not a party animal.

PLEASE NOTE: Broadband and council tax are included in the rent but all other bills (water and electricity) are not.

The electricity and water bills are around £50 to £80 per person.

Total will be paying around £850 - £880
