Hi!
I am moving out and need someone to replace me.
The rent is £475 per month. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside table. You would have a big (gigantic) bathroom with a bathtub all for yourself as the other tenant’s room has an ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is on the first floor and is fully furnished. It benefits from double glazing throughout, the landlord has refurbished the property to a high standard. There is a concierge service available downstairs if you need to order something while not around.
The apartment is located in the city centre so it is ideal for commuters – it’s a 5 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly Station. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and peaceful, even though you are minutes away from Nothern Quarter and plenty of bars and restaurants.
The other flatmate is very respectful and tidy, so you don’t need to worry about messy kitchen and living room.
Please message me if you have any questions or want to book a viewing!
